Project Policy

30-Day Material Deadline
If a client does not provide required materials within 30 days of project kick-off, the project will be paused. Reactivation depends on studio availability at that time.

Domain Ownership
All domains are registered and owned by the client. LUPO handles technical setup on your behalf. You retain full access, login, and control at all times.

Future Third-Party Costs
First-year Domain, Hosting, and SSL are included. Any future charges (e.g., domain renewal, excess bandwidth) will be communicated in advance — no surprise bills.

What's the difference between Presence and Identity?
Presence is a single-page website — great for showcasing your business, a menu, or a landing page. Identity is a full multi-page website system with brand identity, editorial layout, motion, and deeper content structure. Identity is for businesses that want a serious, long-term digital home.
What is a 'Major Revision'?
A major revision is a significant change to the design direction, layout structure, or page architecture — for example, changing from a dark to light theme, restructuring the entire navigation, or adding a new major section. Updating text, swapping images, or changing a colour are NOT major revisions — those are always free.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Ideally: your logo (if you have one), photos, and the text/copy you want on the site. If you don't have these, we'll guide you through it during the Discovery Consultation. We work with what you have and fill the gaps.
Do you handle hosting and domain?
Yes. Domain registration, hosting setup, SSL certificate, and deployment are all handled by LUPO and included in the first year. The domain is registered in your name — you own it. Renewal costs (typically RM 40–80/year for domain) are communicated before they occur.
What is the Growth Blueprint?
The Growth Blueprint is a personalised document delivered with every project. It includes: brand analysis, website architecture rationale, SEO baseline recommendations, Google Business setup guide, social media direction, and a 6–12 month digital growth roadmap. It is not a generic template — it is written specifically for your business.
Can I update the website myself after?
Yes. We deliver clean, commented code. Basic updates (text, images) can be done with any text editor. For ongoing professional maintenance without touching code, the Site Care plan (RM 120/month) handles this for you.
